DEEP DIVE: Brand Strategy + Branding + Brand Toolkit
We dedicate a day to work entirely with you. The VIP day begins with a deep-dive strategy session lead by Shannelle to set the stage and dream big. For the rest of the day, Jane works exclusively with you on naming, and overall brand design, and how to set it apart in the industry and give you the tools you need to do so!
• Preparation for the VIP day requires you to fill out a brief questionnaire and a collection of visuals on a Pinterest board.
ON YOUR VIP DAY
• Strategy session call with Stir's own, Shannelle Niemiec and Senior Brand Designer Jane Kendall of Jane Doe Creative to discuss what your brand needs.
• Chat about your ideal audience and how to attract them.
• Customer Journey from start to finish - How will you continue to grow your community (longevity).
• Set goals and base your branding on them. For example: expand into 5 stores, create a product line, have a podcast etc.
• While you do you, we work to build your custom brand toolkit. It includes a moodboard, brand descriptors, color palette, font selection, logo and logo assets, brand tools and brand guideline
• Need more? Let's chat and see what is going to get you the greatest growth and help you thrive. This could include social media templates, pillars and plans, web design, swag design, product labelling

Turn around time is dependant on the needs of your business.
Strategy, naming and initial visuals will be discussed and executed on the VIP day. Once brand direction is approved, final files delivered in about 1 -week.
Deliverables may include:
Brand Building Blocks Moodboard, brand descriptors. Who your brand is.
Final logo files in various formats for print and web (colours, sizes, file types)
Brand Guide Book Direction on how to use all of your brand assets, what your colours and fonts are. This makes it easy as you grow and scale to ensure others stay on brand and communicate the way you've designed!
QUALIFICATIONS
20+ years of Branding & Industry Experience
Shannelle and Jane are BOTH trained graphic designers. Jane stayed the path and has worked as a brand designer for over 10 years, focussing on the beauty industry in branding and packaging. After working for an agency and larger brands, she got a grasp on what makes a brand successful. However, missed the connection and attention she could provide clients in a 1-1 setting. Additionally, she loved the inspiration gained from working with other entrepreneurs.
Jane is known for creating a brand that is timeless and uniquely represents them.
Shannelle, on the other hand, has taken her branding knowledge in to a creative direction and mentoring role. She has designed her own brands, and built them to 7 figures. Shannelle has remained hands-on in her brands direction, as a creative director and facilitator in brand development with Sunna. That has led her to sharing her branding knowledge with countless other beauty business owners. Guiding them towards brand buy-in and total success.
