Prior to meeting you’ll be required to fill out a comprehensive Questionnaire so Brandi can review your online presence, softwares used, tech stack & workflow. This questionnaire will also ask about your staff, how you do business and what your goals and main priorities are.
We’ll also gather some high level financial information to give us an overview of costs, margins, cashflow & impact.
The meeting will be recorded and sent to you to keep and review. In this meeting you’ll receive any of the following: new app recommendations or better ways to use your current ones. New workflows or tweaking existing ones. Identifying your “source of truth,” how to integrate and maximize it. External resource recommendations and introductions.
